Okay…. just a few hours ago…. I did 2 hours and 35 mins on the TREADMILL!!!!! Yikes!
The weather was ‘iffy’ and I didn’t want to get caught in a downpour…. so I move the long run into the gym. Not my best judgement call….. BUT it’s done and so were the runs for the week… just it ended up that I did go to the gym one night at 8:30pm and I didn’t make my Thursday run and I cut down my Saturday run to 4miles…. Yes…. it was a so-so week…. As I head into Week #8…. here is the schedule:Monday – crosstrain/weights (we shall see how much time I have) Tuesday – 4 miles (6.4 km) Wednesday – 8 miles (12.8 km) Thursday – 4 miles (6.4 km) perhaps with hills
Friday – REST, more REST and MORE REST Saturday – maybe my long run (17 miles – 27.2km) or light run Sunday – loooooong run……. (17 miles – 27.2km) Thanks for reading and see you on the road! 🙂
