Week #7

Well…. 1 hour and 41 mins on the treadmill on Sunday morning….  It was an okay run.   A little hard to do on the treadmill but I did it!    🙂

Last week’s training was done…. not great… but done.   Here is what I have coming up:

Monday – crosstrain (I’m going to try and add it this in from now on)
Tuesday – 8miles (12.8km)
Wednesday – 4 miles (6.4km) with hills
Thursday – probably nothing – if possible 4 miles (6.4 km)
Friday – REST, REST, REST – big run coming up
Saturday – 8 miles (12.8km)
Sunday – 16 miles (25.6 km)
I will be at a client towards the end of the week…which means…. my days will be from 5:30am – 6pm with kids activities in the evening…..   We shall see how the training goes this week.  Smile
