Week #1

Okay…. I managed to complete all the training except the LONG run I was suppose to do on Sunday (I know… bad….bad…. bad…) BUT I did do a run.

On Sunday, I was at a baseball tournament.   The first game was at 10:00am for an hour.   The next game was at 1:00pm. 

So…. I ended up running for 6.7km between the first and second game.   Yes…. I came home… asked the kids if they wanted to bike while I ran (which they didn’t) and then I went for a run, came back, had a shower, had lunch with the family and left for my game for 1:00pm.   Talk about dedication!

What would have been better is if I ran before the games!
