Week #2

Alright….  entering week 2 of training… this is what I need to do….

Monday – rest
Tuesday – 3 miles (4.8km)
Wednesday – 5 miles (8km)
Thursday – 3 miles (4.8km)
Friday – rest
Saturday – 5 miles (8km)
Sunday – 11 miles (17.6km)

We will see what happens!!!!!
