Goofy Training

I am training for the goofy challenge at Disney 2011 (disneyworldmarathon.com).  What’s the Goofy?  Doing 13.2 miles/21.1km on Saturday and 26.2 miles/42.2km on Sunday.

I am heading into my first week of training:

Monday – 3 miles (4.8 km)
Tuesday – 5 miles (8km)
Wednesday – 3 miles (4.8km)
Thursday – rest/crosstraining
Friday – rest
Saturday – 5 miles (9.6km)
Sunday – 10 miles (16km)

Ugh!
